"I kind of like it," Nostradamus said, head tilted to the side.
"It's a very old custom," Joshua said with a smile as he handed the Fiend the mug with mulled wine.
"I like the lights..."
"They are to light up a dark time of the year," Joshua murmured as he slipped his arm around Nostradamus' waist.
"That's a beautiful idea," Nostradamus whispered softly against his lips.
A flick of the tail and the lights on the tree were the only ones illuminating the room. Eager lips met Joshua's and the taste of spicy wine filled his mouth. Yes, beautiful...
