Yeah, it was good -- a few things bugged me, but nothing but the usual, you know, typos and such *g* -- but apart form that, yeah a good story, if a tad sad.

Well, I spent all of today reading this story. Gotta tell you I was a little disappointed. It was overall a fair piece of fiction, but I thought the characterization was a little lacking. Sam was positively shrewish in this story - not at all like the actual character. The typos were distracting. Unfortunately, the ending was a bit rushed for my taste. The revelation that Daniel was in fact an evil clone was rushed. If she had stretched out that scene and had Jack see more of it, it could have been really beautifully angsty. Just my humble opinion. Glad I read it, but it left me wanting more.

and yes, what I realize now annoyed me the most about the fic was, that I had sorta figured out that Daniel had killed them right from the beginning -- so not much of a surprise -- and yes, drawing out the ending would probably have saved some of it -- true -- it seemed a bit rushed. Angsty? You're addicted to it! *g*
