1)Why do you like the series?:
Oh, strange really. I'm not that much into sci-fi shows anymore, but this one? I think the character interaction hit me really hard *g* -- it's a team, and it's a team effort. Oh, and the humour. And I get to ogle eye-candy *g*
2) Favorite character and why:
Oh God, um, I'm hanging somewhere between Jack and Daniel, but mostly Jack I think.
Reasons? You need REASONS? He's ... Jack. Seriously. Sexy, funny, sexy, not a flawless character, sexy, grumpy, sexy, looks good in uniform and shades, and did I mention sexy?
3) Worst character:
Oh dear... Um, never much liked Jonas, but I'm sure if he'd been given more time, he'd have ended up being a character I could live with. As it is, he's a bit too boring for my taste. Oh, and the various female-of-the-week ::rolls eyes::
4)Favorite part of the series:
Teal'c sense of humour, his eyebrows (I don't care how few lines he has - his eyebrows say it all)
Team interaction - Jack and Daniel interaction. The way they mix history, mythology and fairytales with aliens and sci-fi. And I get to ogle Jack... and Daniel... and Teal'c hehe, and of course Sam *g* (Go suck a lemon ::falls off chair laughing::)
5)Most hated part of the series:
When TPTB feel it's necessary to force a relationship between Jack and Sam. Face it guys, they'll never get together. They'll be at each other's throats 24/7. It'd ruin the show if they try again.
6)Sanest person in the series:
Hammond? Teal'c? The rest of the SGC is a mad-house *g*
7) Craziest person:
Jack? (For his insane approach to things -- his smart-ass attitude) Daniel? (The man in certifiable, trust me), Carter? (Come on, she plays with Naquada reactors for FUN!)
8)Most exciting part of the series:
The balance of all of what I've already said *G* and the subtext friendship.
9)Most boring:
Mmmm, their need to pair Daniel up with female of the week. Jeez, tell Jack to finally make his move so we can get past that ::rolls eyes::
10) Yaoi or het, list parings and explain your reasoning:
SLASH, dammit, keep yaoi out of this -- there's a hell of a difference. ::grumbles:: Neither man is submissive, for one thing, and please, keep yaoi to the eastern civilization, and slash to the western -- trust me, we're all better off this way.
Pairing? I'm a die-hard Jack/Daniel fan, but I can handle other pairings. Het? I have absolutely nothing against pairing up Sam and Teal'c. But not Sam and Daniel. Ew, they're like sister and brother, for god's sake!
11)Favorite fanfiction author:
Destina, me thinks, um... and Devra and... oh man, I really can't keep track of this. JoAg -- when I can convince her to write slash ^_~ (her gen's good, trust me), Yanthee... That's what I can remember for now. (Those were merely for the SG fandom -- don't get me into other fandoms *G* you'll regret it...)
