suzvoy is the main organizer :) every couple of weeks she puts up a poll in her journal and we vote for a character that we'll show our support for the next week through icons, fanfic, fanic or other stuff, it's fun :) we've had Sam, Jonas and Jack weeks so far (all the weeks end on Friday IIRC). I usually make icons and post them in my fanart journal (creativejuices) like Xim says at the beginning of the week :)
