Hell Hath No Fury

PAIRING: Jack/Daniel
RATING: PG
CATEGORY: Romance, Pre-slash/First Time

NOTES: Ever wake up with strange things drifting in your mind? I woke up one morning with a complete Jack/Daniel conversation... ::shakes head:: I know, I'm a damned basketcase...

Thank you to Ningyouhime/Amy for the thorough beta ^_^ and to you guys for the encouragements

Wow. That was amazing. Very hot, but very sweet. I thought it was really true to character--how they'd act if they'd ever acknowledge the simmering tension between them. You pulled me along and I felt like I was on a first date--their nervousness and uncertainty was palpable, and I loved how tentatively, but bravely they were exploring the new territory.

Excellent work!

::bows deeply::
Why thank you very much -- You can thank the boys for the tension -- because there was no way I could've gotten them into bed -- they kept being endearingly shy about it LOL

So I'm glad you enjoyed the first date as much as they did ^_~

Thanks

Fly? Well, I can't help with that, but I'm already working on the sequel, so I'm sure we can think of something ^_~

And I'm glad you enjoyed it ^_^
Thanks

i chose to mention 'fly on the wall' b/c there's NO DARN WAY they'd miss a honking bright bird like a PUFFIN on the wall... a fly can be overlooked, and therefore still be present to see all! :) :)

there WAS a reason to my madness!

and i'm SO glad there's a sequel in the works! *whew*

Bwhahahahahahah
A puffin on the wall? Hmmmmmmmm Nah -- wouldn't work, you're right LOL

Think I'll just install cameras all over the house *eg*

[identity profile] brightbeak.livejournal.com 2004-04-18 03:48 pm (UTC)(link)
kinda thought you'd understand my reasoning :)
1/4" housefly vs 18" black & white birdie w/ an orange/red/yellow beak & bright orange webbed feet....
which is easier to overlook on a room's wall? hmmmmmmmmmmmmm ;)

*giggling*
yes, i'm a smart-ass :)

::ponders writing a puffin into an SG story...::

well, if you need info on puffins, check the link on my lj page, the one that has my own babblings & stuff... :)
there's 3 that are northern hemisphere only (1 atlantic, 2 pacific) and 1 southern hemi, but it's rather NOT well known, and i didn't see any piccies of it....
i'm an atlantic puffin - fratercula arctica, and we're the CUTE ones, horned puffin has a little spikey type thingy going up from the eye that goes above the ridge at the top of the head, and the tufted puffin has WILD hair ;)

Hey Xim,

loved this fic. I'm so used to reading ER from you, but you really made me believe this was a first time for them. Oh and I'm glad you found someone to Beta it for you. What happened to your SG Beta? Has she retired or something? :-(

Whats up with your MNS messanger or are you not talking to me?

::pouts::

well, you're never on when I am *g*

But I'm glad you enjoyed this one -- Brynn? I've written her to ask how she's doing, but I'm not getting any replies. And it's been more than two weeks since I sent the fic to her -- and a week since I wrote to ask how she was doing. To which I got no reply.
