Throw away thought from someone who should be asleep...

I read some comments on some fic today, someone mentioning that Gwen (torchwood) is soooo pretty. *stands on head to see why*

No, sorry, don't see it -- now Abby on Primeval? Totally turns my crank. Maybe I just prefer blonds when it comes to women?

I think Gwen is pretty, until she starts rolling her big cow eyes. Evidently tptb like it because she does it in almost every episode.
I say this as a person who once had big cow eyes...

*laughs*
That might be it -- to me she's just pretty... well, ordinary -- and the person who mentioned she was pretty, especially mentioned her hair. I don't know, it's brownish, it's long -- I seem to prefer short and blond *g* - what can I say, it's just a matter of preference.

Again, the big eyed thing? You're right. That might be what was annoying me *g*

*Tilts head*

From where I'm standing, the pretty people on Torchwood are Tosh and Jack, period.

The rest of them are attractive enough from the right angles, I suppose.

Heh, see, that's true. The others are pretty too, from certain angles. I mean, I didn't even find Ianto pretty in the beginning -- but give me Gareth David-Lloyd with day old stubble? Now that gets to me LOL -- might be that he looks a bit older like that and I'm already feeling bad about lusting after him with him being younger than me XD

I'm afraid I'm one of those people who thinks Gwen is gorgeous. But not in a traditional sense, not in a model sense. I can certainly see how people would think the opposite. I don't know what it is, but whatever it is, apparently it works for me. I feel the same way about Tara from BtVs.

I get Tara, yes and like stasha mentioned above, most of them look good from the right angles. I guess, if I were shallow *g*, it simply means I've got a type LOL

I think it's the eyes, which are normally what attract my attention first. Gwen tends to roll her eyes or widen them a lot, all big and emotional. Where I find it cute when Ianto does it, bordering on the hilarious, it just turns me off when Gwen does it LOL -- possibly because she does it too often and it sort of loses impact because of that.

I kind of appreciate that she's not beautiful, yet still manages to get the guys. Who needs another Lara Croft-Angeline Jolie type?

Oh, that's the truth as well. I was simply musing that she does nothing for me, which seems to mean I have a type hen it comes to women -- which again amused me seeing I don't seem to have a type when it comes to men.

Meh, I'm not that thrilled with her.

Actually, both.
