Planning out the route

although not in detail as I don't have all the addresses of the travelodges, but it allows me a general overview. That's going to be a hell of a lot of driving XD

And thats only the part to Carlisle, we still have the whole lower part to do. It'll take 4 hours at least to get to Cardiff from there!

Not Bristol, Cardiff, Glastonbury then um... Warwick I think, We're staying at OUR TL in Alcester. If we are not barred that is!

That IS a lot of driving! Allow yourselves plenty of time to drive along Ullswater - it's gorgeous. The southern part of the Lake District (Windermere) is more popular, but the northern part is definitely more beautiful.
