LOL I don't mind being helpful - not even at work, but I despair when I watch the youth of today coming in to the book store to buy their books. We're talking university students, but I swear, the IQ drops day by day O.o (I cling to the times when I have intelligent customers - they have to make up for the other ones).
Good, thanks ^_^ - could do without the stress at work, but it's not like we didn't see it coming. There's been a much larger intake of new students this year so more work, more books etc. (does the uni give us more room for the bookstore? Of course not!)
