Hot and full of tourists...
That's the way to describe Oxford Street at the moment (not that we aren't tourists ourselves <grin>)
We bought lunch and went to Hyde Park to enjoy it. After staying a little too long in the sun, we decided to walk from Lancaster Gate, via Oxford Street back to the internet cafe. What a walk - Lots of cars, people, smog and the sun blazing down from above.
We took a little detour through Selfridges (ooh, air conditioning - eew, lots of perfume - yumm, Jelly Bellys). We wanted to check out when the sushi restaurant closes - we were thinking about having our dinner there tonight. Oh yeah, we also found an entire display of Ty Nant bottles - for once the real ones - in glass bottles - Now if only I could remember - is it still water or is it sparkling... <grin>
Oh, and Basingstoke found the coolest mood icons for LJ - I don't know who made them, but it might be Acedia, click here to see the cutest Lex mood icons.
