Week 6 in pictures

Monday February 4th, 2008

A bit fuzzy, granted, but I loved the light this evening -- I occasionally take the camera along when I go grocery shopping after work - if the weather allows of course. This night, the air was a bit misty, but nevertheless due to the colour of the streetlights, I love walking this route.

Tuesday February 5th 2008

Oooooh lookie, duckies! *grins*

Wednesday February 6th, 2008

Winter aconites have started popping up -- the warm weather really has brought out the early flowers already

Thursday February 7th, 2008

Macro abuse - this is really tiny and the colour is vivid against the green leaves

Friday February 8th, 2008

Snowdrops - I seem to be hunting flowers this week -- and I do love these in their simplicity

Saturday February 9th, 2008

Lookie what I picked up from the post office today!! *laughs* - I wanted the UK version, because I'm not entirely sure that the US version is packed the same way. Fact is, it was cheaper, for once, for me to get it from the UK - Blah!Dvd - than getting the US version via my usual channels.

Sunday February 10th, 2008

Took a walk tonight after having slept a bit - my allergies are acting up already :( but a walk after dark tends to clear up my head a bit. Went the usual route and the lighting around there caught me again -- I love the softness of the light.

*laughs*
I tend to abuse the macro -- but I kept myself in check -- only used it three times this week XD

LMAO I was going to say Duckies Yay!
We get them flying overhead on their way south. It's pretty cool to see them flying in large flocks.
Those white flowers-snowdrops? is that their name?
Are beautiful. Thank you.

Hehe, ducks are always fun to watch and how green and shiny the male's hood can be. Yeah, from what my dictionary said when I searched for the translation, that's it. We call them Vintergaekker *g*
