The 'atrium' in the building I live in. It's a pretty nice place, even if it does remind me a bit of a jail with the walkways along the doors to the flats.

My monitor's mascot. It's a duck which has been gone for a while, but I rediscovered it today and decided to share the image. I used to have a bat lying flat on it's back as well, but it beats me where it's flapped off to.

I was dusting off and had to stop and grin at this one. It's an action figure of Sabretooth from the first Xmen movie. I bought it at Hamley's in London on the day Tyler Mane visited the place and had him autograph it for me *g* -- the man is HUGE, but absolutely gorgeous and sweet.

Pastor Ken Anderson was our sole instructor for the weekend's Gospel Festival. He's absolutely fantastic and so damned skilled at both singing and teaching it. He'd brought along a woman by the name of Laurie Shields, who had a really powerful voice XD -- I liked it though and although it was hard doing this after work, from 7PM to 10PM but it was worth it.

This day is a day of hell XD -- we start out at 9AM and work through the day till appx 8.30PM -- then we had a bit of time on our own and from 9-10 there was a small folk concert arranged for us to attend at the school where we were. It was nice, but at this point my throat was a bit sore and my nose was stuffed. I think it might be a bit of a combination of allergies and a mild cold, but it still sucks.

Getting ready for the sound check and the last rehearsals on the Sunday. Nearly 350 singers on the stage -- this was only the baritones and the tenors -- the sopranos and the altos weren't on the stage yet. I'm soprano in case you were wondering LOL
