I have a Blue Mountain Stout (based on coffee and chocolate) nomnomnom (it's what Nicci's hubby refers to as 'lumpy beer' XD)

So why a beer on an ordinary work night? Urgh. I'm really worn through already which doesn't bode well for for the term start -- it's the heat and my right shoulder - got something stuck in it that makes it feel stiff.

In other news, Nicci and I have been planning an addition to our trip down to Alcester at the end of November. We're meeting up with Berty and Pepe for the weekend. When the others head off on the Sunday, Nicci and I head west to Cariff ^_^ - I seem to have a bit of a weak spot for the city. Not just because it's fun to see the place I've seen on Torchwood and Doctor Who, but I genuinely liked it there the last time. We'll be staying there Sunday night, Monday night and on wednesday, we head upward to Blackpool. We couldn't get accommodations in Lancaster as we'd first planned, but Blackpool isn't too far off. So, gillyp... you up for offering a cup of coffee or some such?
