LJ acting up?

Is it just me or was LJ acting weird yesterday? I actually had to scroll sideways on my friends page... And from what I could see, no one had posted anything on that page that should have forced the table to expand that much... strange indeed. But at least it seems to have returned to normal... for now.

Fic update... well, I doubt I'll be able to finish the monstrosity of an SG fic I'm currently working on before I start on the NaNoWriMo, November 1st. At least I've started getting ideas as to WHAT I can write for that *g* and it should have plot enough to get SOMEWHERE near the 50,000 words required.

Actually, it's a storyline I fooled around with ages ago. Still, I'm just gonne re-use a few charactertraits and perhaps a plotidea or two, the rest will be new. Thank God for that, because I re-read the old stuff a little while ago... ::cringes:: bad doesn't even begin to cover it. 2dimensional characters, lame plot, BAD English -- come on, it was started in '99 -- as good as my English was, it was nowhere near good enough for writing on a longer story. That at least, I hope has changed *g* -- And I'll be doing my best to get at least NEAR the required wordcount... It's a challenge and those of you who know me, know that I can't say no to a challenge ^_~

Humour that appeals to me...

So... I've been playing with the thought of buying Season 3 of SG on DVD (the boxset) and now I'm glad I waited... I was checking prices and nowhere could I get it below 650DKK... until I actually checked my favorite website, AxelMusic and found both season 3 AND 4 at 399,95DKK... sure, it's region 1, but who cares? Both my player and my computer works regionfree... *g*

And there's not shipping fee... Man, I love those guys
