You know what I miss in the Torchwood fandom?

Something like we have in DS, like ds_noticeboard -- something like a tw_noticeboard community. No posting actual fic or some such, just a noticeboard for telling you've got a story up, a vid or something like that. Something with a better layout than jackxianto which completely fucks up the view in my browser.
