Merlin sat at the workbench, staring ahead of him. He could tell Arthur was still standing somewhere behind him.
Arthur knew, and had known for a while...
"Stop hyperventilating," Arthur said, sitting down beside Merlin, with his back to the table.
Merlin just stared dead ahead.
"Oh for....," Arthur sighed and reached out, grabbing Merlin's chin to turn his head. "If I'd known you'd react like this, I wouldn't have told you."
With another sigh he leaned in and pressed his lips to Merlin's. "You're such an idiot," he said softly, grinning at Merlin's stunned expression before kissing him again.
