Final day of the season with the Choir
Dec. 14th, 2005 10:58 pmHad a great night tonight. It was fun all around. We had our final day of the season with the choir and there was entertainment of this and that. I can't right now remember HALF of it, but we laughed... a lot *g*
I mean, we had a light procession along with the santa lucia song... although it's normally a procession made up by small girls, this time however... it was the guys from the choir ::snorts:: It was so damned funny.
We have also had an issue with some of the songs, where we get a little too much of 'sssssss' into words, and I can't help but laugh at the fact that our choir leader and our pianist both got shirts where the 's'es in their names had been striked out *g* and the 'thank you' speach was held without any 's's making it beyond entertaining LOL -- I'm so impressed that the woman who held it MOSTLY held up her poker face *g* -- Safe to say, the rest of us didn't. My poor, aching abs *g*
So we had tea and coffee and candy and cakes -- so I'm a bit high on sugar and caffeine, but whatelse is new? Also signed up for the 2006 Gospel Festival here in Odense -- in Mid-March. It was fun this year, I hope it'll be a great experience next year as well.
And as for today's drabble, it's written, I just need to type it up *g*
